Pathetic delivery process of online purchase

I received an email notification that my order was ready for collection at the store, but when I got there, they claimed they did not have it. I wasted an hour of my life going out to the store and waiting around while these bungling ***********s tried to find the order, not to mention having to pay for parking. I emailed them yesterdaay but still haven't even received a response just to acknowledge receipt of my emial. I phoned the call centre and waited 10 minutes before I could speak to someone. Now I'm waiting to hear what's going to happen...
