Pathetic delivery and customer care service from Mr Price

Very disappointed your delivery service has gone down the drain recently, I ordered on the 28th of November 2025, till date I have not received my order( 9th December 2025) I was sent a sms on the 2nd of December stating that my order would reached me by 5pm, yesterday the courier company updated on their side that the recipient(me) could not be reached yet I'm at home 24/7 waiting for my delivery which I need to gift someone next week. Mr price you need to change your courier service provider and get your customer care staff sorted. Won't be using your services again and will advise people not to either. No feedback nothing from you guys.
