Pathetic Customers Services at Both Contact Center and Store

Good morning

I have been trying to have someone contact me back since Monday regarding an issue which I have escalated to the social media and call center.

Please see below my message sent to them

Good afternoon Guys ... I would like ton lay a formal complaint against your Airport Mall Belhar Cape Town Store ....

I've been in your store on numerous occasions and the staff does not practice social distance not at the tills or in the lines while customers are waiting to pay ....

I've noticed that some of the cashiers either dont have masks on or the masks are half off from their faces.

It doesnt seem like the till points gets santised either .....

There is no concern between customer and staff transmission of the disease and the fact that at times that this is a daily occurance is a huge concern for me
