Pathetic Customer Service, Poor Assistance

On friday 07/05/2021 i went to Mr Price Centurion Mall. I wanted to buy a pants for my son. Got the pants, last one on the rail. Took the Pants, no code no price. Got to the Till, Cashier Help me Cleiona. No price. I waited nearly 10-15 min for a price. Cashier is asking another staff member to check on the phone for price. collegue taking her own time to view on the phone for the price. NO Urgency at All. Standing and Waiting for price. NO explanation from cashier. Having their own conversation. After long wait, took another pants scan finaly for an price to pay. Not sure if the price was correct because nobody seen the Urgency about the long que waiting for assistance. No apologize for no price. Treated situasation as if you want this pants you will wait untill we sorted it out
