Pathetic customer service, layby parcel missing.

I went to Mr price Alberton city today and their service was pathetic. I wanted to pay off and collect my layby I did 2 weeks ago and I waited for an hour only for the staff to tell me that they can't find my parcel because their store room is a mess and suggested I come back some other time. The lady by the name of Yvonne who stood in for the manager was very rude and could not assist. The staff around the whole floor kept on insisting that I won't find my parcel because their storeroom is a mess and has boxes all over. After an hour I decided I cnt take it anymore and wanted a refund. Well I got my refund but I'm very furious and disappointed because the items I really liked the clothes I put on layby. I drove to the Glen Mall after getting my refund hoping I would get the same clothes but they are sold out. All I'm asking is for Mr price Alberton City to fix their layby system and to invest on training their staff about customer service. The staff are very slow and rude. I went to that Mr price a couple of times and pathetic customer service is their culture there. I have never in my life experienced such a horrible customer experience.
