PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered clothing from the app on the 9th of December 2020. Still haven't received anything!!! I've contacted their customer care, my case has been escalated and still NOTHING!!! I have asked for a refund multiple times and still NOTHING!!! How PATHETIC!! I honestly expected better and am shocked by the lack of effort and urgency with which they work. You haven't given me any information whatsoever and it has been 2 months and I still haven't received anything! I aant my refund and I want it NOW!!!!
