PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

The most pathetic excuse for customer service to date. How does one call the call center for your online queries, the customer service agent places you on hold for 30 minutes, you drop the call and call back than they are closed for the day. This means the customer service agent left me on the call and went home logged off for the day. I have been querying a online order that I placed on the 30 August 2022 and to date received no update from anyone at Mr Price. I called this morning again and asked for the courier companies name and contact number and I called them myself. My package was sent back to Mr Price head office as the address was not correct but nobody called me about it. I received 2 other orders placed after the one in question and it was delivered successfully to the same address so what is the issue. I am still waiting on a reply via email or even a call. THIS IS MR PRICE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE that provides NO SERVICE AT ALL!
