Pathetic customer service

I placed an order on the 3rd October on the Mr Price App.

The money went off from my account and the order showed cancelled on the app,the very next morning I made contact with them to explain what happened, I was told to submit the payment notification which I did.

Feedback was going to be given to me after 24 to 48 hours,its been 8 days already and no one can give me any feedback but merely say it has been escalated!!!.

Very poor service!

I would like my money refunded and I won't purchase from them again nor reffer anyone to them.

I do online shopping on a daily basis and this is just ridiculous!!!!
