Pathetic customer service

<p>Update from my previous complaint. I am still trying to contact Galleria Mall branch,line is still busy. However I was told yesterday at Pavilion branch that there was a skirt in my requested size at Galleria Mall. Since I cannot get in touch with Galleria Mall I tried calling Mr Price pavilion branch 25 times with no answer and then lines busy. I literally sat for the last hour trying to contact them with no response. I tried center management at Pavilion who told me they will send a message for them to contact me. They took my details and said someone will contact me. Still waiting. Pathetic customer service and I will surely NOT be shopping at any Mr Price branch. They just lost a valuable customer. </p>
