PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I am extremely disappointed at the pathetic customer service that I have received from Mr. Price. On Monday (22/08/2016) I was looking for a pair of boots, I had all the relevant details (description and sku number). I phoned the Pavilion store and was informed that only the West Street branch had stock of my size. I tried calling the West Street branch continuously since the morning but the phone just rang. I then posted my query on the Mr. Price Facebook page, they then asked me to redirect my query to the ********** mailbox, which I did. My query was directed to a Justin (138652) who then asked me to provide him with my contact number which I did the same day. This was the last communication that Mrp sent me. I then emailed again on Tuesday (23/08/16) at 10:30 AM asking when I will be contacted with regards to my query. I received no response to this email. The next email I received was at 15:00 on Tuesday, it was a service response request asking me to rate the service I received to which I promptly responded “bad” and “unsatisfied” as my I had not been assisted. It is now Friday (26/08/16) and I have still not been contacted by the agent who requested my umber or anyone else from Mrp. My emails are not responded to. Cannot believe that trained agents do not have the courtesy to handle queries and requests properly. I am still wondering if I will ever get my boots as it seems Mrp does not value paying customers.</p>
