Pathetic customer service

<p>I bought myself red formal pants @ Mr Price, and gave my sister the receipt and only realised when i got home that the pants were too small. I then decided to take the pants to the Mr Price @ river squre and exchange them for a fiiting size. when i got there the pants were now on special R129.99 & I bought them for R149.99. I was told that i had to take something for that amount because i did not have a slip. I took the same pants and was not given a change back or even a gift voucher. When i asked about my change i was told that they can not do that because i didn't have a slip, and I explained to them that my sister was helped at one of the Mr Price's without a slip and they gave her a gift voucher. The "manager-Almerie" said she will not do that because the price on the system is now reduced and whoever gave us a gift voucher was wrong. So when i asked about the extra R20 i was told that; it's my loss because their system now shows a different price. I'm very disapointed at the service i got, if they can do this for a mere R20.00 i don't want to imagine what they do with large amounts of money.</p>
