Pathetic customer service!!!

Spoken to a service consultant regarding my account and that im unable to make full payment this month due to some financial issues on my side

The consultant kept speaking over me and never gave me any chance to speak and yet kept demanding that I make payment towards my account as I cant pay an amount that im able to pay

south African call centre agents are seriously pathetic to deal with
