Pathetic customer service

I pay my monthly installments by internet banking. Every month Mr Price does not seem to allocate the payments and then they bombard me with calls, sms and emails to pay my account. I then have to waste my time calling them, sending whatsapp and emails- to which i have no response. This is horrible customer service.
