Pathetic Como mall Mr Price kids service

I want my refund for the purchase that I recently made. I returned the items on Friday and expected my cash money on the spot, only to be told that the funds were refunded to my card and will be available on Monday. Today is Monday and the money is not in my account. I called my bank and was told that such a transaction takes up to 3 working days. The most annoying part of the whole thing is the fact that I have been trying to get hold of this store the whole morning, every time the call center tries to put me through the line is not answered. At this point I do not believe that the transaction was made, if it was made cancel it and give me my money in cash. Please remind me not to bother with this store ever again. I was assisted by Mpho. Call me back and give my money today!!!
