Pathetic attitudes

I am absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the manager at Mr price greenstone shopping mall.

I went in today at 11.00 to exchange an item, the cashier asked for the manager to authorize, once the manager did... She asked the lady to give me a receipt and the cashier asked why because I didn't have a receipt initially. so the manager raised her voice and said because she doesn't have one.

Then they continued to shout at each other with 3 other cashiers in between them.

After waiting 10 minutes for them to finish their arguments the manager yells at me "you can leave". Her attitude is pathetic and nobody deserves to be treated like that. Im honestly disgusted.
