Pathetic and unacceptable

This is just really pathetic, I have been trying to call the store, a numerous amount of times, wasting my airtime...spoke to shaun who tells me the phone needs to go in for repairs..now I need to wait even longer for the same piece of **** that was bought, this is really pathetic,, I was told that the phone would be replaced if its within the 7 day cycle now they are telling me this ****??? I would never recommend anyone to buy a cellphone at mrp,

It seems as if this is an automated reply because I keep getting the same response, a Tommy called me last week, still nothing was done, I Bought the phone because I needed one urgently and now im witHout a phone, is my matter being resolved? Has anyone attended to this?
