PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I placed an order more than a week ago at both Mr Price Clothing and Mr Price Home. They advertise 1-3 working days for delivery and this was not lived up to. On both orders I had a technical error according to them.</p> <p>Once my orders were shipped I got emails saying that they no longer had any stock available with the majority of the items I had purchased.</p> <p>I sent emails and even had to call them to find out what exactly was going on with my orders but failed to get any response.</p> <p>I am extremely unhappy with their customer service and I have still not received my refund for the items that were no longer in stock.</p> <p>Mr Price!! You are PATHETIC!!!</p>
