PATHETIC AGENTS // CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your trust index should be zero! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!! I don't know why I bother. Your company has the worst customer service agents ever. They do not know how to speak to people and are so rude and hang up when they've had enough and don't bother to call back or give feedback despite having all my details. The above order has 2 sleep sets one of which was deliver without a shorts. I called yesterday and after waiting for a resolution for 27 minutes the call was cancelled and she did not call me back. Today called again but this time for a manager who said she does not have time to take the call and when I advised I would not hang up after 35 minutes again the call is cancelled and still no correspondence from anyone. Do you understand this set was for my son and daughter for a photo shoot and now I have no matching set. I want the name of everyone I spoke to as well - Bongeka was the person yesterday and Zama - Clancy was the woman today - rude dismissive, aggressive. irritated. I am the customer. I want my full refund for the set or the shorts delivered TODAY!!!! This was ordered to be delivered in time for Christmas for a reason and guess what i do not have the full order because of incompetence and lack of attention to detail.
