PATHETIC AFTER SERVICE FROM MR PRICE!

<p>For all the time that i have had an account with Mr. Price, i never had any problem, until one day i just decided to check my physical statement with the one online. I came across that the monthly installments just isn't the same. </p> <p>On the website my monthly installment is 'R400.00' but the physical statement it shows 'R550.00'. Same applies for the credit available, one shows R50.00 and the another shows R200.00. </p> <p>So what totals do i use?????</p> <p>I've been mailing Mr Price, to get an answer for several days, with no response.</p> <p>The after service of Mr Price is beyond pathetic and its annoying that no-one even bothers to call or mail or any sort of corrresponding with me. </p> <p>VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE!</p>
