Pathetic

I returned my shoes that were basically brand new and because these shoes were given to me by a friend for my birthday, I didn't have a slip and because of this they gave me a gift voucher worth almost nothing. I think this is pretty unfair seeing as the shoes were basically brand new. I have never even worn them. Absolutely pathetic!
