The poorest service i have ever received. Layed a complaint with their bot in March, requesting cancellation on all the extra policies they offered to me and i agreed, not knowing that they would take up 80% of the R800.00 credit they gave me. i was advised the the plans would be cancelled. They even offered me a "free" data and airtime plan, which turned out to be R99.00, and i never received every since inception. The total cost of their so-called customer safety net is R251.00. I requested to close the account since March as well but only have email confirmation from 30 April when I complained again. Now they tell me that their turn around time from 30 April is days. Pathetic
