PATHETIC!!

Absolutely PATHETIC!! I had an account with Mr Price and closed it. My account was paid IN FULL on the 12th of February 2018. I just discovered today that i am listed on ITC and there is STILL money outstanding. The accounts department is RUDE!! They keep on giving me a number for Norman Bisset and ass. Upon contacting them they advised that they can't help me as the money was paid into Mr Price account. NOBODY seems to know what is going on and are unable to help me. I am now holding on for the 7th time to speak to your accounts department as Claudene from collections can't help me. Asking to speak to a manager is impossible , they are ALWAYS in meetings.
