Pathetic!!!

I've had such horrid experiences with Mr Price's online store. You get charged R35 for a delivery which is suppose to reach you within 1-3 working days and instead of gets delivered later. When you query it with the call centre you meet with individuals who are unprofessional with no telephone etiquette.

My last 3 deliveries were late when I queried this and demanded a refund for being charged a delivery fee i received no response regarding my refund whatsoever. Instead I was rep**** to by a lady who had no idea what my query was with regards to.

I had placed another order on the 30th and still to this very day no delivery.

If you are unable to stick to the stipulated time frame for delivery change it to 5-7 working days instead.

I expect a full refund on all my deliveries.

Then you wonder why clients close their accounts!!!!
