Parcel not delivered

What’s the point of paying for delivery express if your things don’t even get delivered on time, oh and the driver doesn’t even attempt to call or at least knock on the door, I spent the whole day yesterday waiting for my order, but to my surprise when I track it on the app, the driver updated that there was no one home!!! This is so ridiculous and unacceptable
