Parcel Delivered to a Wrong address

I placed an order online on Thursday the 11th of July 2024, i ensured that there was a correct address on my order i even called Mr price customer care and email to confirm my address. Today my order was delivered to a wrong address i tried contacting the courier company and they told me that Mr price is the one that is supposed to contact them with a different address label.i have been contacting customer service and there is someone by the name Phindile who is so rude she even told me that calling them won't help me.
