Palesa from Mr Price Thabong mall in EVATON

I once again visited a different Mr Price store again now I am convinced this staff don't get any training. On Saturday the 28/10/2017 I visited Thabong mall Mr Price and encountered the worst service ever right in front of the manager even worse. We stood in a queue with my sister waiting to pay again we were called to the till as if we were not important or as if we were thieve nothing close to next please. Palesa continued to take the staff we had in our hands to scan them no greeting just continuing her conversation with her friend next to her. While customers were being assisted they just continued chatting throwing our plastics at us. When I approached Palesa about her attitude she immediately raised her voice to tell me she greeted me I didn't hear and that's not her problem. I walked away to avoid drama to hear from my sister that Palesa continued talking even after I left. Palesa needs help she needs to learn that she is dealing with customers and needs to learn to behave better. I am disappointed and I don't want to speak to the manager cause she was there when this incident occurred I want to speak to the head office.
