Paid Up Letter Request with MBD Failed.

I have never been so disappointed in my life, i am so hurt and heart broken. I took an account with Mr Price i think 2018 and sortly lost my job and couldn't make payment to the account, but as soon as i got a job, the first thing i did was to settle the account and close it, February this year marks 2 years since i settle my account. The attorney's i was handed over to (MBD Attorney's) have not given me a paid up letter and Mr Price won't even help me out, or intervene in the matter. It's been 2 years they won't give me my freedom.
