Paid up letter

The service if hilarious and not up to standard. I had an account with you for more than ten years,due to covid 19 I was no longer working couldn't pay account but I did try to put is something every month then was handed over to ACS of which the account has been paid in full now,what happened is was called by an ACS agent agreed on paying the amount left R1503.00 via debit order and it never happened I then paid via eft on the 1st since they didn't debit on the 30th as per agreement.I have sent through proof of payment and waiting for my paid letter please.I wouldn't recommend anyone to o open an account with you.
