PAID UP LETTER DELAYED

I have been requesting a settlement/paid up letter since Friday. Constantly receiving calls from different agents explaining the same **** to all of them. Need this letter today by end of business.

Spoke to Vvn/Nimble group who keep telling me they need to contact Mr Price for the letter. Sort this out urgently please!
