Paid up letter confirmation

I have never been so disappointed, by Mr Price, When you owe them they call you 5:30 in the morning to remind you, as soon as you done paying them they fail to proved you with a paid up nor does their system update to show that you no longer owe them.

We are struggling to prove to the banks that we no longer have any outstanding debts with Mr price because they cannot provide us with a paid up letter, their phone consultants are unprofessional they talk to customers as if we are long term buddies from high school , they fail to give you answers you looking for, so much effort just for a letter of confirmation???

we are still waiting to be assisted, we call everyday but no luck........................!
