PAID UP ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED SINCE 2014

Good day <br> <br> im disgusted by the service from MR PRICE. I paid up my account in 2014. yesterday when I check with ITC I find that my account showed amount still outstanding. Called MrP head office Accounts Department to confirm this information. Called the collector which MRP selected for the Paid Up letter which they should have followed up with their collector in 2014/07/01. The lady from Triple Advance Investment sent me the paid up letter. <br> <br> And now going back to MrPrice looking for an email address or fax number in order for me to send them the letter its like draining water out of a rock. I was given the email address [Email Removed] still they haven't received the email. I was then given the fax number *** still they haven't received it.<br> <br> what is one to do?<br> <br> As my ITC record is in the bad because of their stupidity of not following up.
