Paid twice for the same thing. Horrible experience

Paid for an article. The money came off my account and I showed the manager and cashier. They insisted they can’t give me the article. My daughter insisted she wanted it and we had to pay again. This is not acceptable. Now I’m sitting with 2 payments for the same purchase.
