Paid more for nothing

<p> Sunday I went to Mr. price in Kollonaade shopping mall. As I was browsing around I noted a per of Bra which was on sale and I decided to buy them. whiles on the queue a lady who had a small mobile swiping machine called me to come pay by her as I was paying with my card. </p> <p>I paid and the machine does not reflect the amount when entering your pin. The lady who was serving me was so nice and friendly I paid and went home. when I got home I realized that the receipt says ( 2pk T-shirt Price R100). and i did not buy T-shirt it was just a per of bra which was support to cost R50. So I paid R100 instead of R50.</p> <p>I understand you are trying your best not to inconvenience client and to provide quick service, however integrity is vital this could break the trust between you and customers. I am sure the lady who was assisting me did not do this on purpose but if the machine had reflected the amount I would of noticed this.</p> <p>I only shop with retailers that I trust and Mr price has always been 1 of them. I hate having to check each and every little thing when shopping especial for such small things. This just annoyed me.</p>
