Paid for order via app. Money taken. No record I paid. I get no refund & no order.

I ordered 7 items, I have the screenshots. I did an instant EFT. Go back into the Mr Price app and see payment didn't reflect. My bank sent an sms stating that payment was made successfully. I have proof of payment.

Tried calling the call centre. Was kept holding and hung up on after 5 minutes. After the third try, someone answered. Her name is Nivashnee / Nivashni (I'm unsure of the spelling).

There's no record of my order. And I can't get my money back. Only a Mr Price voucher. Plus one of the items I ordered is now out of stock.

This is completely unacceptable. How is this possible?

I don't get my order plus don't get my money bac****!!

I want my order or my money back. And I'll never ever order online from you again and will tell everyone I know not to order as you just take money and don't give people their orders and don't give money back.
