Paid for Order but nothing received!

I am writing this review with utter disappointment and disgust at the appalling service received by Mr Price. I placed an order on the 04th of Aug via the Mr Price Mobile App. Funds were deducted from my acc immediately. I the received an error message from the app saying some of my items were out of stock. I immediately called the call centre to inform them, as I was not sure if my order had in fact been processed.I was assured that it was processed, and they took down all my details including my card number and said it would be linked to my order. Several calls and WA chats later , it’s now business day 8, and still I have NO ORDER and NO FEEDBACK. When I try check on the app it says ‘Pending Review’. I paid for door to door delivery , which is 3-7 business days. The time frame has now passed. Every person I speak to says they will Get back to me by COB, and no one contacts me Back. I have to always be calling and making contact with Mr Price. This is honestly ridiculous. Where is my order?
