PAID FOR ONLINE ORDER- 2 WEEKS..... STILL NO ORDER

Two weeks ago I ordered clothing online from Mr Price. Most of the clothing now essential winter clothing. I have been tracking my order to no avail as the tracking system is telling me that they are still processing my order......FOR TWO WEEKS?????? I tried to call the customer care line, they are closed due to COVID 19 and the stores at The Glen are not assisting me either, their numbers are continuously engaged. I have spend R1500 on this order and am getting no where in tracking where my order is. Even HO in Durban is closed. THIS IS NOT ON!!!!!!
