Paid for items but dont appear under my orders

I purchased items now via the app and used instant eft to pay. The funds of R204. 99 went off my account to pay for these items but they still appear in my basket. The app crashes just as they payment went off my account and i need these items by next week Friday for mt birthday and cannot affors these delays. Please assist
