paid for it but did not receive it

On 15 January 2016 at 14:32:29 I bought one Ball running short XL for the amount of R119.99 with item code *** on Tax invoice no *** among others. When I got home I did not unpack my bag immediately as it was my wedding day the next day and I still had lots to do. When I unpacked the bag for honeymoon I noticed that this specific item was not in the bag. I had no time to go to the store as I was leaving for honeymoon. I feel that paying R119.99 for something you did not receive is a lot. I have always supported Mr Price and not once did I have a complaint up to now. Please let me know what we are going to do about this matter as I feel it is not fair to pay for something that I did not receive. Please can you order more short leg shorts in XL as I struggle to find any in a size XL. you always had a lot and now there is barely any to choose from that is mainly why I am this upset about the short as I always struggle to get any. And the few I manage to get and pay for I do not receive
