Paid for a service promised but not delivered

<p>I paid for EXPRESS DELIVERY (1-3 working days promised), only to be very rudely informed by the consultant Samukelisiwe that it will only be delivered on Wednesday ( I ordered on Thursday the previous week, 5 working days later). This is unacceptbale an *********. Effecitvely, you are *****ing my money and time because I paid for the express delivery because I have to make arrangements to be available when they deliver. I am VERY unhappy, and will make sure that my fellow online shopping friends take their business elsewhere as Mr Price clearly cannot keep their promises. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is disgusting service. </p>
