Paid for 1-3 days delivery, now 4 working days after order was paid and Mr Price cannot tell me exactly when I will receive my order.

<p>I placed an order the morning of 30th Nov 2016. I immediately did an eft payment for the order and emailed through the proof of payment for it. I then received a notification at 10:57 am advising that my request has been received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I chose to pay R45 courier fee in order to receive my order in 1-3 working days. I chose this option because I need the goods for an event and wanted it here timeously. It is unacceptable that Mr. Price only responded to my query 2 days later. I am not happy with the response because I paid R45 to receive my order within 1-3 working days - today is the 4th working days and you are not able to even advise when exactly I will receive my order?</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid R514.95 for this order and it is unacceptable that Mr. Price cannot at least give me an indication as to when exactly I will receive it. And the fact that I paid R45 in order to receive my order within 3 working days and did not receive it within that time.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
