Paid but no delivery of items
Ordered items online on the 3rd October, I chose store delivery, it is now the 17th October and still no delivery to the store or notification thereof. Mind you everytime I order online, I have to contact their support team after 7 working days to find out where my order is because they do not deliver on their said promise of 2- 3 or 5 - 7 working days. Pathetic customer services and i am now at the point I will rather spend that extra money and shop elsewhere!!!!
