Paid but no delivery nor help

I ordered online and then I paid via EFT. I forgot to put my order number therefore I called and I spoke to a guy called R Naicker who o told everything as to what is happening I then asked him to help me and he said he will I just have to send the proof of payment and I sent it to him via email. He received but never responded to a point where my order got cancelled because there was no payment reflected. I am utterly appalled at the bad service I got for the first time at Mr Price. Now when I try buying what I ordered there is no size. I paid full cash for the order meaning MR Price has my money in their account but I don't have what is rightfully mine on my side after I spoke to a consultant and asked for help. This is ****ing me off because I really needed what I ordered online.
