Package Lost?

I ordered some clothes online from Mr Price the 26th of January. I usually have excellent service from them and thought I should have the package before end of the week. <br> By Friday I still haven't received anything and emailed them to find out whats going on. They promised it will still be delivered that same day. <br> By Tuesday the next week the courier company phoned me twice to find out if I have received the package. Still nothing. <br> The next day I received a notification from Mr Price saying the package was delivered. I quickly phoned and emailed them to let them know there must be a mistake as I haven't received it. That was Wednesday and I still haven't heard anything back from them. <br> <br> This is unexceptable!!! Have they lost my package???
