Overcharged for items which I do not even have!

Bought items at Mr Price Century City and was charged for 2 extra items.

Trying to call the store and their customer service is terrible - their phone lines are so distorted, every consultants claims to not be able to hear me and then drops the line, and when I call back they put me on hold and after 5 minutes of holding they drop the call. This has happened more than 25 times in a row!!!!!
