over a week late

Im actually disgusted in how late my mr price order is. I ordered gifts online as birthday presents and i had to go to the parties empty handed. I paid for the products and yet no one communicates to me why my items are late. I phoned the call centre and they told me it will be here by tomorrow and im still waiting. The order number is#*** . The new payment policy is so ****py. Having to first pay in store and then fetching your goods. Im having more problems with this this way of doing things compared to the old way of paying when you pick your items up. I really feel you guys should relook this way of doing things. I hope i will receive my correct items soon enough.
