Outstanding service

I went to Mr Price Centurion mall store to exchange the demin skirt that I bought few weeks back, I did not have a proof of purchase.

so when I got to the till I was assisted by a Lady by the name of of Letta ( Lemah) who told me that the price of the skirt is 50% cheaper and if I exchange it I will have to take something of the current price because I do not have a proof of purchased. I decided not to exchange the skirt anymore. So I gave her my store card to pay for some items, then she asked if I used the store card to pay for a skirt I said I can't remember. she started looking for item no of the skirt in question on my purchased history till she finds it. I didn't ask her to do that she did it out of goodness of her heart!

I was very impressed!! I am certain that if it wasn't for Letta I would have came back with a skirt or a lost 50%.
