Outstanding Customer Service

I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend the wonderful ladies at Mr Price Kids Eastgate Mall for the exceptional Customer Service they provided.

A Speacial thank you to Ms Mzamo (I unfortunately forgot her first name, but I'm sure her manager will know exactly who I mean), Tsakani Nkuna and Zama Sibiya.

All three ladies were incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and welcoming. Their professionalism and willingness to assist truly stood out and made my shopping experience such a pleasant and satisfying one

It is not everyday that you come across people who genuinely take pride in serving customers and I believe their efforts deserve to be recognised and appreciated.
