Outstanding and Rapid Service received

We, my partner, his grandmother and I went to the Pavilion branch for some Christmas shopping knowing that it is the festive season and the store will be busy,,, so we went with it anyway... The escalator was out of order and as my partners grandmother walked down the escalator, as steep as it is, she got cut on her leg by sharp edges of the stair flight. We went to the till points and I asked one of the cashiers If they have a first aid kit....she paused and it seemed as if she didnt understand me at all and turned to Barry. Barry reacted without delay and immediately paid his attention to my partners grandmother with care and was very customer friendly with a true smile, the way it should be... He ran upstairs to fetch the medic kit, came back and offered to clean her wound. Afterwards he put some plasters on and did everything whole heartedly without any rush or half done work... All the store managers should be like Barry, he should go and teach Malvern store people how the job must be done. He deserves a promotion or regognition for his outstanding service and upliftment of the company values. thank you so much Barry, we will most definitly shop at your store again.
