Out of Stock and will not refund delivery fee

I placed an order with Mr Price online and they had stock. Then they send me an email that part of my order is out of stock, but don't wait for a response on what you want them to do they just ship part of an order. Now I am paying a R45.00 delivery fee on R69.00 worth of socks and have to pay a delivery fee on my new order of shorts. I asked Lavern Hajee to phone me, when I received her email but she can't be bothered. When I have paid my Mr Price account up I will be closing my account and I won't buy from you again if this is the kind of service you receive.
