Order, voucher number or refund

My order, voucher number or my order.

I made a purchase and paid for an order on the 24th of October. Did not receive a confirmation email, called I. The next day and sent the pop and was advised that it will be escalated to finance. Days later the order was cancelled, nothing was communicated and no refund. I have been calling in (Spoke to Zama,Norma and Thandeka) and chatting with Clancy Cherry with out any success. they've been working on it since last Friday, and don't even send updates. It's really not difficult, there's a pop that I've sent 3 times already. All I wanted was post partum clothes but this is just taking me straight to depressed mode.
